Enquiries and project agreements
Sending an enquiry does not create a contract. Scope, deliverables, timing, price, payment terms, ownership and support will be agreed in writing before paid work begins. If a project agreement conflicts with these website terms, the project agreement takes priority for that project.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for giving accurate information, responding to approvals and ensuring you have the right to provide any text, images, trademarks or other materials supplied for a project. You must not use this website to send unlawful, harmful or misleading material.

This website and its original content are owned by MyWeb unless stated otherwise. They may not be copied or republished without permission. Ownership or licensing of project work will be set out in the relevant written agreement. Third-party tools and assets remain subject to their own licences.
